We had previously another consultant who created a very overcomplicated system for us, we wanted this simplified and relevant to our business and have everything required to get our accreditation.

Catherine reviewed our system, talked to us to understand our business and our requirements. Then Catherine edited our system into a working system we could all use and understand.
