Main reason behind implementation of ISO 20000
At Codec we had already achieved the ISO 9001:2008 & 9001:2015 standards, we wanted to branch out to have a standard to work in line with our Managed Service offering, although we had been providing managed services for over 25 years we wanted to achieve a standard to show our offering was in line with a global standard. To achieve this we sought out the assistance of I-Net consultancy to help us accomplish our goals.

Brief overview of the project
We had an initial kick off meeting with I-Net where we outlined our goals, objectives, reasons and timeframe for achieving ISO 20000, from this meeting I-Net prepared a solution for us to achieve our Stage 1 audit which was achieved within 2 months eventually achieving our Stage 2 and full certification within 6 months.

Excellent, we had a very tight target to achieve ISO 20000 and I-Net worked with us very closely to help us reach our goals.

Absolute pleasure to work with would highly recommend I-Net as an ISO consultancy, I-Net were able to provide a Hybrid approach of remote and onsite consultation which worked particularly well for Codec as we had several locations with different personnel working on each site so the option of remote consultation worked really well for us. I-Net were recommend to Codec by another ISO consultancy firm and we have never looked back since!
