Overview of your business:
Conack Construction Ltd – Building & Civil Engineers Contractors

Main reason behind implementation of standards:
Due to the growth in the company we saw a need to roll out an integrated system that covered all aspects of the business. We wanted to prove to our clients and staff alike that we were happy to invest in this it and future proof Conack even further by introducing new standards into our company strategic plan.

Brief overview of the project:
Develop and incorporate the new standards into our already existing, well established QMS. I-Net worked with Conack to implement our original QMS ISO 9001. I-Net also managed the seamless transition through that upgrade to ISO 9001:2015

How did you find the approach to dealing with your business needs?
As we had already built up a good reputation with I-Net there was no delay in explaining what we as a company expected from them. How important these standards were to our business development plan and the speed at which with we wanted to get through this process.

What were the benefits of using I-Net Consultancy Services for your business?
It took the guess work out of the WHY, WHO, WHERE, and WHEN etc. Having a consultant constantly overseeing the processes removed the worry for us as a company that we may have forgotten some vital piece of the puzzle when pulling all of this together for stage 1 and stage 2 audits.

Yes, we have used this company on many occasions.
